In the process of slider of production,we chooses the material of most of brass ,and the other is zinc aluminium alloy
The first step will be die-casting molding by zinc alloy , and then assembling with the fittings , and take color on the assembled fittings , there are four kinds of coloring method , like Spray rolling ,Hang spray ,electrophoresis and plating , turn in conversion operations after the color and complete the slider
